After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A in Finance, Tim worked in various real estate & appraisal positions for companies including: National Trust, CIBC, Canada Life Assurance and Journey’s End Corp. In 1990, Tim relocated back to his hometown of Belleville, Ontario and began selling real estate.

Sarah began her career in real estate in 2015. She took on the position of marketing coordinator for Team Tim McKinney. She quickly realized her passion for real estate and helping clients, so she secured her real estate licence less than 1 year later. Currently, in her role with Team Tim, Sarah manages client relations.
