Bay of Quinte Market Update: September

In September 2024, the Hastings Region saw a slight 2.7% increase in average price from $547,145 in September of 2023 to $561,986 in September 2024.

Prince Edward County had the largest year-over-year price increase in our jurisdiction, with an increased price of almost 25% year-over-year, the September average price in this region came in at $804,134.
