Before all of the holiday festivities this month brings, be sure to tackle your home maintenance🏡🔑 Your future self will thank you later! (We

kept this months to-do list shorter so you have more time to spend with family - it's a win win!)

Here are a few things to do in December to keep your home in tip-top shape for the holidays🎄

1. Change HVAC filter

2. Test CO2 and smoke detectors

3. Switch out old Christmas lightbulbs with LED bulbs

4. Check caulking and weatherstripping on windows and doors

5. Prepare for winter storms (batteries, flashlights, lanterns, water, non-perishable food, etc)

6. Donate old toys for the holidays!
