The Naughty List
* You are looking at houses without getting pre-approved
* You aren’t working with a real estate agent
* You have no idea what your credit score is
* You are looking for the “perfect” house (there’s no such thing!)
* You aren’t comparison shopping multiple mortgage lenders to get the best rate possible
* You are forgetting to budget for closing costs/moving expenses
* You are allowing the market to dictate your moves
