Bay of Quinte Market Update: February

The real estate market is shifting in Hastings County & Prince Edward County! Here’s a quick breakdown:

Hastings County saw a steady increase in home prices, with the average price rising from $511,637 in January to $517,873 in February 2025. At the same time, market activity picked up significantly, with average days on market dropping from 64 days to just 37 days.

Prince Edward County experienced the largest price jump in the region, with average sale prices climbing from $679,824 in January to $793,525 in February 2025. However, homes took longer to sell, as average days on market rose from 95 days to 124 days over the same period.
