📊 Hastings County Market Update – July 2025

Hastings County’s housing market remained active this July, showing continued buyer interest across the region. Sales rose by 24.3% year-over-year, increasing from 177 transactions in July 2024 to 220 in July 2025.

While activity was up, the average sale price saw a slight decrease, moving from $552,543 in July 2024 to $542,389 in July 2025.

This combination of higher sales volume with a modest price adjustment points to a market that remains attractive to buyers while still offering strong opportunities for sellers.
