Hastings County continues to show strong signs of growth and buyer confidence. In June 2025, the area saw a notable 29% increase in sales, climbing from 168 homes sold in June 2024 to 217 this year.
It’s not just activity that’s on the rise — prices are too. The average home price rose 8.5% year-over-year, moving from $534,807 in June 2024 to $580,298 in June 2025.
